Version 3.0.8 is released

Bugs fixed:
- SVG file output works on Windows.
- Proper subtraction operators ( -- ) are no longer auto-converted to m-dashes ( — ) on OS X.
- All versions, if SVG save fails the user is notified. Failures were silent before.
