I wrote some php that turns a GIF image into black and white (actually just displays the red channel atm) ContextFree code. I am working on color and other image types, but thought people would like to play with this now...

EDIT: Also note it will only work with relatively small images right now too (the number of rules allowed seems to be limited on PC?)

Now it does color. Still only GIFs though (I'm supposed to be writing a paper right now, OK?).
