design won't upload

Post by Whistle Tips »

On the "upload" page, I filled out all required information. When I click on the upload button at the bottom of the page, nothing happens. Any reason for this?

Can you try again and post here with the exact time that you did it? That way we can scan the error logs to see what is going wrong.

We can see in the access logs the HTTP GET command when you load the upload form but we don't see an HTTP POST command for when you click on the upload button. And there is no error message in the error log at the time of your upload. Have you tried uploading from Context Free instead of IE7?

Thanks! Successfully uploaded. I didn't realize you could upload from the program...
