CLI tool produces always the same result

Hi!

First of all i have to say that Context Free Art is really a great tool!

If i use ContextFreeCLI.exe on the command line for Windows (version 3.02 v31) i´m always getting the same result, even if i specify several rules with different propabilities.
The result is only different if the parameter /v is not default (default should be random).

So my question is, do i always have to enter a random variation code for the command line tool?

Windows GUI version has the same problem. This code used to work. Microsoft must have changed the Crypto API. You will have to supply your own variation until I can fix this and put out another version.
