error on user gallery file upload

When i upload files to the user gallery i get this error:

Upload your artwork!
ERROR: exec() error: ERROR: exec() error: ERROR: exec() error:

The files seems to be uploaded without errors, but i get this message every time i upload a file.

One year after, I still have the same message with no real error. It's not a big deal anyway.
(with Firefox, IE & safari)
