problem in firefox 3.0.1 because of pango packages

I don't know if I post in the right section, so if I don't, I am sorry.
I am on Ubuntu 8.04 for few days and I wanted to use the Skrabak Csaba's CFDG front-end. I had a little problem but after some researchs I found the cause.
This GUI needs to be compiled with the pango-graphite package but it makes a strange problem in firefox 3.0.1 : look at this.
So, after a simple sudo apt-get autoremove pango-graphite everything comes back normally.
